These services ensure that you have a consistent address in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as required by law, and that all important documentation is received at the same place. Under this plan, your official business communications from the State Corporation Commission (“SCC”), other governmental bodies, as well as official service of process will be received and reviewed by our staff and will be communicated to you. Additionally, we take the responsibility of providing you with reminders of renewal deadlines, fees, and other important matters from the SCC regarding your business to make the operation of your business simpler for you and your staff.
